Refund Policy
1. Overview
At Forte College Prep, we want every family to feel confident when registering for our SAT Bootcamp. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for cancellations, refund requests, and changes to scheduled sessions.
Our SAT Bootcamp provides six hours of in-person SAT preparation, including a proctored practice test, coach-led review sessions, a printed Score Report, and the Forte SAT Guidebook.
2. Registration and Payment
Registration for the Forte SAT Bootcamp requires payment of the advertised fee of $299 per student. By completing a registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the applicable registration and refund terms.
3. Cancellation by a Parent or Student
Parents or guardians who wish to cancel a student's registration must contact Forte College Prep at beth@forte-prep.com before the scheduled bootcamp date.
Refund eligibility will depend on how far in advance the cancellation request is received and the applicable cancellation terms communicated at the time of registration.
Please include the student's name, registered session date, and payment details sufficient to identify the registration.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will be reviewed according to the cancellation terms applicable to the registration. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Please note that registration fees may be non-refundable in certain circumstances if this condition has been clearly communicated before payment.
5. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Forte College Prep
If Forte College Prep cancels a scheduled SAT Bootcamp, registered families will be notified using the contact information provided during registration.
Depending on the circumstances, families will be offered an appropriate option, such as a refund or transfer to another available session. Any applicable options and deadlines will be communicated directly to registered families.
If a session must be rescheduled, we will make reasonable efforts to notify families promptly.
6. Student Absences and Late Arrivals
If a student does not attend a registered session or arrives late, refund eligibility will be determined according to the applicable cancellation and attendance terms.
Parents and guardians should contact us as soon as possible if a student cannot attend a scheduled bootcamp.

The terms applicable to an existing registration will be handled in accordance with the terms communicated at the time of purchase and applicable law.
