1. Introduction
Welcome to Forte College Prep. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the educational services we provide, including our in-person SAT Bootcamp programs.
By accessing our website, registering for a SAT Bootcamp, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
In these terms, "Forte College Prep," "we," "our," and "us" refer to Forte College Prep. "You" refers to the website visitor, parent, guardian, or individual using our services.
2. Our Services
Forte College Prep offers SAT preparation services designed to help students understand the SAT format, practice under test-like conditions, review their performance, and develop test-taking strategies.
Our SAT Bootcamp may include:
A full-length proctored digital practice SAT.
Same-day score information and a printed Score Report.
Coach-led Math and Reading and Writing review sessions.
SAT strategy guidance and question walkthroughs.
A Forte SAT Guidebook.
A follow-up email recap for parents.
Our standard SAT Bootcamp is a six-hour, in-person program held on scheduled Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, subject to the details provided for each session.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to program content, instructors, schedules, and materials when necessary.
3. Registration and Eligibility
Registration must be completed using the designated registration process on our website or through an authorized registration channel.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing accurate information when registering a minor student. This includes the student's details, parent or guardian contact information, and selected session.
By submitting a registration, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to register the student, where applicable.
A registration is subject to successful completion of the required registration and payment process and confirmation of availability.
4. Fees and Payment
The advertised fee for the Forte SAT Bootcamp is $299 per student, unless another price is clearly displayed for a particular offering.
Payment must be completed according to the instructions provided during registration. Registration may not be confirmed until the required payment has been received.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring that the payment method used is authorized.
Any applicable taxes, additional charges, or changes in pricing will be communicated where required before purchase.
5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling
Cancellations, refund requests, and rescheduling are subject to our Refund Policy and the applicable terms communicated during registration.
If a student cannot attend a scheduled session, the parent or guardian should contact us as soon as possible.
If Forte College Prep cancels or reschedules a session, we will notify registered families and communicate the available options.

6. Student Attendance and Conduct
Students are expected to arrive on time, follow the instructions provided by instructors and staff, and participate respectfully in all scheduled activities.
Students must comply with applicable testing procedures during the practice SAT, including timing requirements and instructions relating to permitted devices and breaks.
Disruptive behavior, harassment, cheating, unauthorized assistance, or conduct that compromises the safety or learning experience of others may result in removal from a session.
Where a student is removed from a session because of misconduct, any refund or credit will be handled in accordance with our applicable policies and the law.
Parents and guardians are responsible for arranging timely drop-off and pickup in accordance with the session schedule.
7. Educational Information and Results Disclaimer
Forte College Prep provides educational preparation, practice testing, coaching, and test-taking guidance.
Our practice tests, score reports, and instructional materials are intended to help students understand their current performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Practice SAT scores are estimates of performance under the conditions of a particular practice test. They are not guarantees of official SAT results, future score improvements, admission to a particular college, scholarship eligibility, or any other academic outcome.
Actual results depend on many factors, including preparation, individual performance, test conditions, and the policies of colleges and testing organizations.
8. College Board Disclaimer
SAT is a registered trademark of the College Board.
Forte College Prep is an independent SAT preparation provider. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the College Board.
References to the SAT, College Board, colleges, universities, or other third-party organizations are provided for informational and educational purposes.
Any official SAT registration, testing, score reporting, and admissions requirements remain subject to the relevant organization's rules and procedures.
9. Intellectual Property
All original content on the Forte College Prep website and in our services, including text, graphics, branding, instructional materials, presentations, guides, and other resources, is owned by Forte College Prep or used with appropriate permission, unless otherwise indicated.
You may use materials provided to a registered student for personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to any additional restrictions communicated with those materials.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit our materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
